Fall Season

For this season, we are focused on players build the habits everything else sits on. Through fun, high-energy sessions, athletes develop the core fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense. Open to boys and girls. Every session includes high-rep skill work, creative drills, and team games that build confidence and a love for the game.

The first 60 minutes focus on skills. The last 30 minutes move to small-sided 2-on-2 and 3-on-3, so every player gets more touches and more chances to be involved. Within each session, players may be grouped for parts of the practice so drills land at the right challenge level. Groups shift throughout the season based on what each player is working on.
